With Same day service ($20 CAD per card), packages received by 11:00 AM Pacific on a business day are graded, slabbed and shipped back that day. Later arrivals ship the next business day. Saver ($15 CAD per card) ships within 5 business days of receipt.

When our team scans your package in at the lab. We email you the exact time and your ship-back date.

The $19.99 CAD return shipping rate covers up to 50 slabs per order. For orders over 50 cards, contact us before ordering.

Grading, four subgrades, a full image report, the slab with its NFC chip, the public-record certificate and one free grade-review assessment per card within 30 days. Review shipping and any required $15 CAD reslabbing are paid by the customer. Same day is $20 CAD per card; Saver is $15 CAD per card and ships within 5 business days.

No membership and no tiers. You can submit a single card.

We only accept cards valued at $1,000 CAD or less per card. Do not send cards worth more than this limit or understate their value.

Your shipping to us, $19.99 CAD return shipping within Canada per order up to 50 slabs, optional insurance, and applicable taxes. Return shipping uses Canada Post Expedited with tracking and signature on delivery. Insurance is included free for cards declared at $250 CAD or less. Both. AI measures every card, and a trained AIM grader reviews the measurements and confirms every grade. No grade is issued without a grader's sign-off.

Pokémon and other trading card games in all languages, and modern sports cards from 1980 onward, in standard sizes. We don't grade vintage (before 1980), thick, patch or oversized cards yet.

We don't slab altered or non-authentic cards. We return them in a protective holder with a note explaining why. We charge only return-shipment costs for cards we cannot grade and refund their prepaid grading fees.

Yes. Your report shows high-resolution images, all four subgrades and the measurements behind them.

Request one free grade-review assessment per card within 30 days. A second grader re-checks the card without seeing the original grade, within five business days of receipt. You pay inbound and return shipping, whether the grade changes or not, and $15 CAD for any required reslabbing. If the grade changes, we reseal the card with a new label and add the change to the public record.

One card per penny sleeve, then a semi-rigid holder. Stack them between two pieces of cardboard in a small box or rigid mailer with your packing slip, and use a tracked service.

AIM pays eligible return-shipping and in-lab claims directly; this is AIM-backed coverage, not third-party insurance. Return-shipping coverage is included free for cards declared at $250 CAD or less, and optional at $5 CAD per card for cards declared above $250 up to $1,000 CAD, subject to confirmed coverage terms and limits. Tracking and signature on delivery are included in the shipping rate. Use Canada Post for your shipment to us; we recommend insuring that package too. Each slab holds a small NFC chip. When you tap it with your phone, it creates a new encrypted code that our server checks on the spot. Genuine chips pass with a fresh code on every tap, and reused codes are flagged. Buying a slab? Tap it twice to be sure.

iPhone XS or newer and Android phones with NFC turned on, with no app. Any phone or computer can look up a certificate number.

A permanent entry on Hedera, a public ledger, holding your card's details, grade, subgrades and image fingerprints. Anyone can check it, and no one, including AIM, can alter it.

No. AIM uses Hedera's public ledger the way a notary uses a stamp: to timestamp and lock a record. There's nothing to buy, no wallet, no tokens and no NFTs. All you ever need is your phone's browser.

No. Names, addresses, orders and declared values are never published.

Yes, to submit and track orders. Verifying a slab never needs an account.

Yes. Every image is in your dashboard, and you can download a whole order as one file.
